During Dec I did almost all of my shopping online. I decided to buy a board game from Exclusive Books, who's online site is a bit tricky to navigate but I found what I wanted and soon the order was on it's way.
Unfortunately, it could not be delivered before I left for Bloemfontein (I work in Jhb). I phoned customer services the morning before my trip to request that I rather pick the game up at my nearest store, before going on my trip straight after lunchtime.
The lady I spoke to not only assisted me in a very helpful, friendly manner, she took the liberty of checking for stock at stores in Jhb as requested as well as in Bloemfontein, before phoning me back. She had then already organised with the store, in Nicolway (there were no games in Bloem) that I would be picking the game up that afternoon. The store itself was just as helpful and efficient.
