I went to buy a new television set yesterday (Samsung 51F5500 Smart 3D Plasma) at the Windhoek branch, but checked the prices on your website which clearly has Windhoek as a listed branch. Upon reaching the store, I found the price to be R11699 instead of R10999 as advertised and the manager flatout refused to sell the tv to me for the listed price. Instead I was given a R300 discount, which means the TV was still hugely more expensive than advertised. I ended up purchasing the set, but feel that I have been ripped off.
Why can I not have the set at the advertised price?
Lets not mention to no stock issues on the LG and Hi Sense sets, of the 4 sets I was interested in (and displayed in the shop) only 1 was available which I ended up taking (Samsung
