I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH HUB 2005 AND HAD SOME FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES WENT UNDER ADMIN.
IN GOT RETRENCHED IN 2009 .
I DID A BUREAU CHECK END 2011 MY NAME WAS CLEAR. I CHECK AGAIN IN APRIL 2012 ONLY TO FIND THAT I WAS LISTED FOR NEDBANK CREDIT CARD-THE HUB.I GOT IN CONTACT WITH THEM AND THEY SAID THEY TRIED CALLING ME I REQUESTED FOR CALL LIST I WAS TOLD THAT I CANT HAVE THEM . MY QUESTION IS THE LADY SAYS SHE CALLED ME IN 2008 AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE JUDGEMENT WAS TAKEN IN APRIL 2012.
I HAVE GONE TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND THE REPLY THAT I GOT THEM WAS THE FEEDBACK THAT NEDBANK GAVE THEM IS THAT SUMMONS WAS SERVED WHICH A COPY WAS SEND TO ME BY THE OMBUDSMAN. I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY SUMMONS FIRSTLY THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND SECONDLY I AM CURRENTLY IN JHB. I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE FEB 2010.
