Poor Service - on the 29/10/2013

Me and my friend we trying to buy a ladies watch for 21st birthday present and we visited a Foschini Store in PE in Govan Mbeki Avenue at 16:45pm after we decided which one must I buy and as I was ready to pay at the counter at 17:00pm exactly we were informed that we must come back tomorrow as the jewellery has closed on their system and they can't open it again. When I asked why they close the system for jewellery while there are still clients inside the shop no one could answer me. I want make a complain about a poor and unacceptable service that we receiving on this store. The staff in that store doesn't know what is the service is as they take their customers for granted. This not the first time I have problem with the service on the same store as I'm no longer paying my account there because of the poor service. If you go there and pay your account as you come through on the ground floor they always send you to pay on the basement of which I don't really mind but when I arrived there the will be one person helping customers to buy and pays the accounts and you end up standing in the line for 20 minutes or more while some of us are currently at work and it's during lunchtime.
