On 6 Jan 2014 I ordered 3 products from [URL Removed]
I selected and paid for overnight delivery via Speed Services
Reptile City received their money immediately
On 13 Jan I contacted Vanessa via phone & email about the missing order
She then told me that 1 of the 3 items were out of stock and that she would send me a different size in the meantime right away so that I can get it the next day
Trip to the Post Office the next day but no package
I emailed her again for a tracking number which she supplied
After contacting Speed Services I was told that the number does not exist
Another email to Vanessa resulted in her telling me that it will only be shipped today since she missed the Speed Services pick-up time deadline!!
She also informed me that their offices only officially opened on the13th
There was no indication that the delivery would not take place due to their offices being closed or due to lack of stock of one of the items
No one contacted me after my order on the 6th
No "out of office" notice on the site
No refund offered for extra delivery fee charged
Hardly any apology
But there was no problem taking my money and processing the order on the 6th
