Edgars administration has much to be desired. I FICA my account online a year ago - then again in store a year ago - what chaos - the people on the otherside let the poor staff hang on for an hour. To add insult to injury on 28 Dec 2013 my account is blocked to FICA - another more than hour wait and waste my time. Then today after last session told successful - my account is blocked and I must FICA my account again. What is going on!!! no other institution requires people to FICA so many times.
Further to this I posted this on Facebook on Sunday - responses with promises someone would contact me - It is Tuesday afternoon - Mr CEO of Edgars you have a huge problem and your financier of your book debt ABSA should know about it.
