Do NOT buy from Runway[Sale] online shopping.
Use it don't use it advice but my first purchase with them was a disaster. A clearance sale was sent out on the 30/12/2013 where I purchased a size 10 shoe that normally sells at around R650 for R299. I received emails and followed instructions by sending POP etc.
A few days later I see order status as Payment Received and the definition being
Payment Recieved: We have received your payment and your order is secure! Please allow 9 - 20 working days after the close of sale for us to delvier your parcel.
I get a call 2 weeks later saying that they do not have stock and will refund my money which I refuse as it did say that my order was secure and will be delivered. With calls back an forth I was offered the following, a SIZE 12 shoe (I use size 10) or my money back with a R100 voucher which will not accumulate to the price of their normal sale price of R600 odd.
