Last week Tuesday afternoon I went to the Centurion Eye Institute building where there is a coffe shop called Caffe' Delish. I bought myself a packet of Simba's Salt and Vinegar chips, barcode 6 009510 804362. Used my hard earned money to pay for the over priced packet, to enjoy while I was in hospital.
Guess what, when started eating them, there was no Salt or Vinegar on the chips, just plain ol crinkle cut, flavorless potato slices. I was horrified, I could not believe my taste buds, thought maybe I was loosing my senses since I was in hospital. Went home, told my wife about my dilemma and she did confirm that there was actually no flavor on the chips I had bought, so at least I wasn't loosing my mind. I find this very disturbing and totally unacceptable that I had to spend money to buy an inferior product.
I sent an email to their complaints email address the next day and no suprise there, havent received a response since, not even an apology of what happend.
As hard as this will be as i have always bought Simba products for years, but i will not be buying their product anymore as they dont seem to care about their products or their customers at all
