Purchased a bedroom set from Lewis Alberton before Christmas. purchased the set in cash as well as paid cash for the delivery. The lady that assisted me informed me that it will be delivered the same day. When I spoke to the manager at the store she informed me that it will be delivered the next day. As noted on the boards in Lewis - Delivery in 24 Hours, I purchased the set earlier the day and they made me wait till late afternoon the next day. I was also told that if i want a discount i wont be helped should there be a problem with the set. So i paid the full amount, and accepted a gift (Bedside lamps which was to be delivered). Day of Delivery, i Was not happy with the set, it looked like a second hand set, and not aligned properly. I wrote this on my delivery note and requested it to be replaced. I went back to Lewis the next day and they said they will sort it out when the manager is back. I contacted Lewis manager the week after New Years Day and she informed me that they are waiting for stock. It's been over a month already and i cannot arrange my room or pack in the drawers because i have to wait. I didnt even get the gift AS PROMISED Unacceptalbe LEWIS! NO ONCE EVEN CALLS ME!
