Horrific experience and bad quality

I am writing to you to express my absolute disgust in the service and quality of your stores! After my fiance bought me an engagement ring I had to exchange it, I had to go to FOUR different stores just to get something I like, THEN it had to be sized, I asked the sales lady to help me get the right size, she gave me the sizing rings and didn't help me AT ALL TO GET THE CORRECT FIT, after I then on my own chose a size I was told I have to PAY for that, HALLO my fiance just bought a expensive ring now I have to pay, no other jeweller has ever asked me to pay for a sizing!!! Then the lady told me my ring will be collected on the tuesday and I can collect my ring that thursday, I drove 100 km to pick it up JUST to find out it has not even been SENT AWAY FOR SIZING!!! Now two days of wearing my ring AT HOME not doing ANYTHING funny or rough with my ring I see one of the diamonds have fallen out! The service and quality is RIDICULOUS!!! I was asked for my nr and email, I sent it and have not yet received an email OR phone call!! I want to buy a ring at a different place now and want my money back!!
