Wrong Delivery costs me R500

I first complained that CNA advertised and Xbox 360 bundle on their website but that they were out of stock since November.
A lady called me the following day and apologised (Which I was grateful for) she then said that the Xbox 360 Battlefield 4 bundle was available on line and that it would be delivered at my home address.
So I then ordered the Xbox 360 250gb Battlefield 4 bundle. When the delivery was made, they had delivered the wrong product (Xbox 360 4gb).
So I started calling them to fix the problem. Person after person gave me a different number to dail. at each of those numbers I had to stay on hold for about 10 min every single time.
Eventually I got hold of the right number. But every time I called the number the person would tell me that my correct Xbox 360 bundle would be delivered the next day.
I have wasted about R500 airtime on calling the numbers and yet I'm not getting anywhere.
I Hope I can at least get a game or two free for all my trouble or something!?
I'am Utterly disappointed in CNA's service.
I better get my CORRECT bundle within the next 24 hours.
My next step won't be "HelloPeter".
