I received a Guess watch from my Husband for our 3 year anniversary. He bought it on the 13/12/2013. A stone fell out of my watch and I took it to Sterns to replace my watch. They can only send my watch away to Cape Town to replace the stone. This will take 6 weeks!! I have only had my watch for 3 weeks. It will be away for a longer period than what I had it on my arm!!! They say the watch is in poor condition, and that only after 3 weeks of wearing my watch. I have had a response from The Foshini Group, and they are willing to replace the stone at no cost, but again it will take 6 weeks. I believe they sold my husband a bad quality watch. It is not the first time that I had problems with products from Sterns. They had to replace my ring after a couple of months as a diamond fell out, even after they repaired it!!!
Do not buy from Sterns, as the quality is very bad, and the after sale service even worse!!!
