On the 29 December I went into the Retail Crossing Mr Price to purchase a glass cutting board which I had seen in the catalogue received that week. When i arrived that cutting board was not available I asked Julia for the product and she advised me it has not arrived. I asked her when it will be available and she advised she did not know. I asked if she could keep me 4 when they arrived call me once she had them. To date which is 15 days later I have not received one call from Julia, her manager Raymond or the stores manager Hannelie. How can you advertise a product in the catalogue, but not have in stock. A-lot of business is being lost and the bad response from you staff dealing directly with staff is appauling. i am still waiting for my glass chopping boards.
