Outdoor Warehouse is currently advertising in their branches for a special that they have on their Natural Instincts Camping Chair. The current special has the chair reduced to R280. The problem is that the image on the ad displays a camping chair of similar model but WITH a side pocket for storage of small items, while the store (s) only have the chair WITHOUT the side pocket. After enquiring with one of the friendly sales staff (Diego), they took down my details and promised that they wold follow up on the query. The response today from Outdoor Warehouse (Diego) was that the image on the ad was of old stock and that they are sorry about it. To me this a blatant disregard of the situation where they are clearly advertising one product (chair WITH cup holder and side pocket) while they are giving you another product (chair WITHOUT side pocket). The ad in store even specifies clearly in writing that you get the chair WITH the side pocket. There is NOTHING on the ad which states while stocks last. I feel that I am being cheated. Although the service and response from Outdoor Warehouse has been very prompt & friendly, I still feel that they are side stepping the issue. Nico Grundlingh
