I have been a TFG account holder for many years. and what happened recently disgusted me. I was at Totalsports Canal walk, and saw a pair of adidas that i had been searching for, for about a year. I asked the sales assistant for a size 11 (this after I stood for ten minutes without someone helping). He then told me they only have a size 10. I then asked him to check the system for another store that will have a size 11 (bear in mind this takkie had only been in the store two weeks) he then "checked" the system and told me that no totalsports on the system (which would mean the country) doesnt have a size 11. I left the matter after that. saturday past, i was in totalsports in somerset mall, and low and behold they had a size 11 in the adidas takkie. I was happy to finally have found it but also furious that the canal walk staff member and did not do his job properly. I was informed by somerset west staff that the canal walk staff sometimes say to clients they are going to phone another branch and never do. I am seriously disgusted by the level of service recieved from the canal walk store. I will never shop there ever again
