MAKRO A CHEAT AND - DISGUSTED

So on Saturday I go to Makro centurion to do some grocery shopping with my makro Credit card. When I arrive at the till I am told my purchase is declined, when I check my available credit, I see it only R22 when I know for a fact I am supposed to have at least R900 in credit available. When I query it at the customer care, they called their call centre, and told me to speak to them because they will explain to me better than the two ladies sitting at Makro. Anyways I repeat myself to the lady I spoke to on the fone, and according to her, Makro Generates a statement on the 10th of every month, and the instalment that is due from that month is deducted from the available credit, and that explains why I don't have an available credit. So I asked her, is this Makro's way of limiting a customer to buying? Also that is very embarrassing for me as a customer, according to this lady it was in the terms and conditions, I never read that in the terms and conditions, and that was never explained to me. I am so disgusted in this. To me it means makro wants me to pay them all my life, cause this means my balance will never go down. Which I think is a cheat, and I will take you legal.
