Good day i would just like to lay complaint against reggies promenade my son received a gift for his birthday when i went to reggies promenade to exchange it not even want cash for it they said i couldnt return it without a slip how the hec do u ask the person that bought u a gift for a receipt i mean really that is totally rude and disrespectful, i asked the assistant and she asked her manager so her manager said no REGGIES new policy is that they need a slip irrespective if it was a gift, i got details from the person that bought the gift gave it to the assistant at reggies she said she will ph me once N1 City staff faxes the proof of purchase that happened the 17/12/2013 and today is the 12/01/2014 and i am still waiting on them to let me know they have proof of purchase for the item
