Due to numerous bad service I want to log a formal complaint against this store.
Their service is not up to standard - the service is disgusting.
The buthery section hardly ever has meat on the shelf and the quality of meat is shocking.
I decided to shop at the store once more on Saturday 11 January 2014. Once again hardly any meat on the shelves. Manage to take the best available meat from the shelf and then hang around for 10 minutes trying to get meat from the butchery counter. Eventually called someone that was busy chatting away at the bakery and asked him to assist me. Staff at the tellers were not friendly at all either.
Eventually got home and the pork rushers stank when packaging was opened. Braaied the porterhouse steak and to my surprise the meat was rotten as well.
How can meat that has such a bad stinch be sold to customers. Should this not be checked daily to prevent customers from buying rotten meat. It is quit disgusting that a new store is managed so badly.
I will most definitely never go back to this store again!!!
