Bad attitude towards a innocent bystande

I was standing next to the lotto line and this teller tells to get in to the line on the other side.
She didnt even have the decency to first ask me if i am in the line which i wasnt! Then she told a old men in zulu that i am getting on her nervous seriously? For what this is south africa i understand zulu and why on earth would she say so when i told her i wasnt in the line!
What a terrible attitude towards a customer who purchases there almost everyday.
