I ordered goods from Lucys Boutique on-line store in December and also paid for overnight delivery. After a week I still had not received the goods. I tried to contact the seller via their on-line form, email address and I even tried calling the owner on his cell phone. They completely ignored me. I then got in touch with Payfast who does the secure transactions for Lucys Boutique. They were very helpful and tried to get the merchant to call me. Eventually the merchant sent me an email explaining that the goods were out of stock and that they had a Christmas party and there for could not get back to me??? That's why they did not ship it, but never did they make me aware of this, although I think it's a lame excuse. I asked for a refund and they agreed to refund me the money. This was on the 20th of December 2013. It's already the 10th of January and once again they have failed to refund me or to get in contact with me. Payfast is now willing to refund me the money. The only conclusion I can make is that the owner/s of Lucys Boutique are a bunch of with no clue of running a business or customer service.
