Sent Through Proof Of Payment 5 Times

Good Day

I have placed an order with [URL Removed] om 21 December 2013. That same day still I did a transfer for the order via a beneficiary I set up with my previous purchase. The previous purchase was to be delivered to hatfiled plaza in hatfield and it took them about 3 tries to get that right.

Then with this order I placed I had the bank email them through the proof of payment and I personally mailed it through to them on different occasions. I also faxed the proof of payment to them and phoned them and was promised over the phone that the matter will be sorted out quickly.

It is now almost 3 weeks later and I received an email stating that they had to cancel my order because I did not pay, Now I ask you how does this work? Where is the money that I paid? Why could no one phone me and say hey listen we did not receive your payment, or the person that I spoke to on the phone, why did they promise me to deliver December 27th if they clearly had no intend to do so?

I would please just like some answers.

I have now made 2 purchases with [URL Removed] and every time the experience just got worse and worse. I am definitely not going to recommend [URL Removed] to any one.
