Spoiled meat before sell by date

This complaint pertains to the Waterkloof Pick 'n Pay and the Oakfields Pick 'n Pay. We bought chicken at the Waterkloof Pick 'n Pay about 2 weeks ago. The sell by date was not reached by a few days but we realised the meat was spoiled. The meat must have been off already when purchased.
Similarly with regards to pork fillet purchased at Oakfields on the 7 January, the meat spoiled with 3 days to spare on the sell by date. On top of which the meat was frozen immediately after purchase.
We have lost faith in the quality of Pick 'n Pay's meat and are considering purchasing meat elsewhere in the future!
