Bad service and Bad Attitude

My fiance? bought an engagement ring Friday 13.12.2013 and on the Monday 16.12.2013 I took it back to be re sized two weeks later the cubs started to fall out, not only did they expect me to pay for it what I refused they said I must come back on the 06.01.2014 due to the fact the repair centre is closed I also bought my wedding rings on the 30.12.2013. I went back on the 07.01.2014 to take the damaged ring back to be fixed at no charge and to get my silver wedding ring re sized (What Jessica now say it can't be re sized) and to my surprised they said I must come back on the 20.01.2014 due to the fact the manager is on leave and no one can help me after 30 minutes of letting me talk to everyone I started to get irritated because I was still not helped and the lady Jessica (Who sold me the wedding rings) in the Bloemfontein American Swiss Loch Logan Mall keep on changing her story and after I made 100% sure what the price of the re size is now it was a bigger amount I told her this is unacceptable that they don't want to fix any of the two ring now she's rude as well and refused to help me. This is highly unacceptable.!!!
