On the 31 December of 2013 I went into the shop to buy a pair of shoes. I was assisted promptly however I wanted a size 6 but was told that the best size will be 7 as the shoes will has a small cut. I went on and fitted the shoe and felt it was a bit bigger. I was advice that I should buy a inner at green cross to at the same mall for the shoe to be a perfect fit. Despite all of that I bought the shoe and believed the consultant as they know more about style more than I do. I wore the shoe and is not the perfect fit. I went and enquired at Sandton city what I could do with given the problem I am facing. There is nothing I can do as the shoe has been worn. So I have been mislead and will be the one suffering with shoes I cant wear while I service the debt. Kindly advice on how I can deal with the predicament I am facing.
