Tattooist contracted to design and transfer a tattoo refused to supply design beforehand, and expected me to arrive and have tattoo done on the day without ever having seen or approved of the design.
When I called to query, I was told the tattooist would get back to me. I still received no design. Upon arrival at the tattoo parlour, I was told by the tattooist that he didn't want me as a customer.
Not only was the treatment rude and unacceptable, but it caused me serious inconvenience. The deposit was refunded, however.
Refusal to provide designs in a timely manner shows a disrespect for the needs of customers, and a general bad attitude. Furthermore, to insult a customer for requesting a design is mean-spirited and demoralizing.
