I made an order on Kalahari on the 16th of December and made payment the same day for a product which was meant for a Christmas present. Before buying it I should have received it the day before Christmas but when payment was made date shifted to the 2nd of January which was disappointing but I accepted it and when the 2nd of January came I did not receive it. I phoned and they said my order was not processed but payment was received and she will sort it out and phone me back. I never got a call from them and yesterday I got the email that said there is no stock of that product. This means it is false advertising as they took my money but did not have the product. Now I have no present for this person which makes me look like a fool and I won't get this product somewhere else for the same price. This is really bad service from them and I am furious and now they want to give me my money back in store credit?? I want it paid back in to my account.
I will never recommend you guys again and will not be using your services.
