This is the second time that we complain about the same problem. We made a payment via eft on the 30th of November 2013 we used the reference number as given by Edgars, the amount was never allocated to our account we have phoned countless times to have this sorted out they keep on telling us to fax or email the proof of payment. We have faxed it on the 11 of Desember we have taken it into two brances and we have emailed it twice. Yesterday we were told by the bank we can not apply for a morgage on our house as the edgars account shows in arrears. We then phoned again and was told that we must email proof of payment again and it will take approcimatly one week to finalize. This is unacceptable. We need this fixed and the report send to ITC ASAP!!! As if that was not enough about half an hour after we phoned to sort it out again we were phoned by edgars to ask us when payment will be made as our account is in arrears. Customer service is non exsistant for this company. We will be paying our account in full and closing the account as soon as we can and we will never buy from the EDCON group again
