I had a problem with this car radio before. It was replaced and after a couple of months it was broken again. I took it back, it was send away and repaired. After a few months it broke again and I took it back. I told Monique that I do not want this radio as it is obviously of inferior quality and I would rather her give me a gift voucher to put toward another radio or a complete credit. She told me that they have to follow the right procedures and then they will get back to me. The last return of the radio to House & Home was the 22/10/2013. We went into House and Home last week and Monique told us the matter has still not been resolved and they are waiting for reports. I think in total I had use of the car radio -5 months out of the year, the rest of the time it was in for repairs.
Please give me my money back or give me another brand.
