Buying a book from online store

I purchased a e-book from Exclusive book on the 13 Dec 2013. After receiving error massages trying to download, the book was no longer available for the supplier. I received an online voucher.
Tried to purchase a second book on the 23 Dec 2013 and the same thing happened! Exclusive books advertises books that is not available!
Up to know I have not received my voucher!
Meanwhile I bought both books @ Kalahari, without a problem!
