I order and paid a battery operated scooter on the 9th December 2013, and the delivery date was Sunday the 29 of December 2013, and still did not received anything. I keep on sending emails querying my order and they send an email after two days, they waiting for the tracking number from the supplier. Nearly 30 days gone and they still waiting for a tracing number. I am not happy with the answer, how long can you wait for a tracking number, I told them I need an answer today or I want my money back, these people don't have any telephonic contact details.
