I placed an order with them on the 2 January 2014 at 9.30am. On their website they clearly state that they deliver
within 24 hours! They sent me confirmation of this order on the 2 January and have debited my account for the amount and now the delivery is not 24 hours but 24 to 48 hours. Well it is now 120 hours later or 6 days later!!
I have sent them 2 emails and requested that they phone me after holding on for 30 minutes because all their
operators are busy. I have not had the decency of a reply to my emails or a return call. They have no manners!!!
This is the first time i have ordered anything from [URL Removed] and most definitely the last. I have been very vary of ordering anything online in South Africa because of bad experiences like this. The only online company I trust is Takealot [URL Removed] who are really on the ball when it comes to ordering anything online.
I would not recommend Kalahari [URL Removed] to my worst enemy.
