I purchased a DSTV decoder with installation from Game in Lenasia on the 7th December 2013. An installer was assigned to complete the installation. After numerously calling him, he stopped taking my calls. I called the Ellies/Elsat call centre and requested another installer be sent. The second installer called me 2 days later stating he will come out to site at 6:30am to complete the installation. I asked him if he would beable to come during office hours and his response was NO. I contacted the call centre once again and was assured by William that another installer would complete the installation. To date nobody has come. I called the call centre this morning and spoke to the supervisor (Joy) who once again assured me the installation would be completed today by the second installer who wanted to install the DSTV dish at 6:30am. To my surprise, nobody has come by 16:45pm nor did anybody from Ellies/Elsat contact me.
Game, DSTV and Ellies/Elsat are misleading their clients by including an installation with the dish (that I did not receive and was told the installer would supply)
Ellies/Elsat is the WORST company to deal with as they have NO customer skills and a S#it Call Cent
