Buying from Morkels is a nightmare. Goods arrive at my home and then gets opened but the finishing off is not properly the side cupboard drawers do not fit properly and pulling and closing them scrapes of all the paint on the top part and you pay R7500 for this bedroom set. Sideboard Cupboard R3999 top part pulls apart from bottom part and would not last very long. Even the lounge sweet is leather and then gets deliver but it is material so I returned it.
Then Morkels have story after story about your Refund of Thousands of Rands that they owe you. They are quick to take your money but you have many hours of phoning and asking for your money back.
They do not keep cash at branch their Head Office is working on the issues and this has been going on vir 4 days now. They will phone you back and never do. They will follow-up with Head Office and they just do not care about the customer they received the cash and have now not a hurry in the world of paying you back.!!!
BAD Service, BAD Service Agents. BAD OVERALL!!!
