Undelivered order from 18th of Decembe

On 18th of December I opened an account with Kalahari, I placed an order for a babymoov bubble bouncer as a xmas present for my friend's new born, Kalahari promised delivery for the 23rd of December 2013, On the 23rd I called, spoke to a gentleman who told me the package had been handed to FedEx for delivery and gave me a tracking number, I called FedEx who told me they had not received the physical product only a System generated way-bill, I called Kalahari again on the 27th, they asked for my numbers and advised they would call me back, they didn't, 2 days later I called them again and again the next day, the 3 consultants I spoke to all promised to call me back, on the 31st I called again and a lady by the name "Alicia" promised to track the order and find out for me then call me back, she never did.

This morning (06/01/2014) I called again and FedEx still maintained they had not received their package, I called Kalahari who insisted my package was with FedEx, Kalahari then sent me 2 emails, 1 to rate the service and the next to rate the product I had bought, funny cause I had not received anything.

Order: 1001196824, I tweeted them, still no help.
