I visited the Woolworths branch yesterday 05 Jan 2014 at Southgate Mall to exchange a pants bought incorrectly for my Dad as a gift. I was assisted by a lady who advised after inspecting the item and therefore confirmed that she would require authorization my her colleague to exchange the item as the item seemed to have been dirty and altered at the bottom. Another lady came to assist who advised the same and therefore cannot do the exchange. I can't see how a size 28 pants that needed to be exchanged for another item in a bigger size could have been altered or worn if the pant don't even fit the person at all by the waist. The turn up on the pants is still in tact and was never altered as well as the price label which was never removed.
