Terrible Service

We received a couple unwanted wedding gifts which were purchased at Pick 'n Pay. When we went to return them we asked a teller where we should que and she pointed us to a till at the kiosk. We waited in the line for a while and finally reached the front and explained our situation, only to be told quite rudely we should go to the till right next to that one. So we moved to the side assuming we would be helped next since we had already qued. The teller (who had overheard our conversation and knew what we wanted) pretended to ignore us while she helped customer after customer until it was only us left. She then called for a manager, and kept calling and sending people to call. Eventually half an hour later the teller decided to go speak to the manager herself who had been sitting in their glass box the whole time ignoring the numerous calls. Thanks to the lazy, unhelpful tellers and the useless managers I was half an hour late for an important meeting. Time is money, and that was wasted due to your lazy staff.
