Poor quality merchandise

I am quiet dissappointed with Mr Price Home, in Oct 2013 I had purchased a Queen size Duck Feather Duvet Inner for R599. I have not washed the inner yet the feathers are coming out of it.By the end of this year won't have any duvet. I do not understand how Mr Price Home can sell such cheap quality products
