Undelivered item 5 days after order being closed

Kalahari previously delivered 3 parcels to my home address. I have not moved, and yet this time the parcel has not been delivered 5 days after the Kalahari, com web site claims that the order is complete.

I have sent them 2 e-mails and have called the call center and still no delivery.

I was given a FEDEX e-mail address but the e-mail was returned saying the inbox is full.
