In December i applied for credit so i can buy furniture and things from Beares as i was moving into my own place and wanted all the necessary things as i have 3 small kids and do not want to struggle without the necessary things. My oven & Hob, Kitchen units, couches free coffee table & queen bed was delivered in December at my old address as we where still busy with renovations which i was very grateful for everything stayed wrapped and we moved, on the delivery note when the unit for the stove was delivered i made a note that the cupboard was taken from floor as it has cracks in the front and the door handles was already on i was not happy with the cupboard and the coffee table's one leg is not straight in the connection. Once we moved in which was last week Saturday we connected everything just to find tht under the polystyrene the oven is dented this could have only been that it was packed & wrapped like that, i phoned to let them know they must look at it now getting told that i must wait until after the 7th as the suppliers not open yet surely another plan can be made why must i wait to use things i bought that was damaged delivered. Mark phoned to say manager cant help now.
