I had a very disturbing experience at Perfect 10 in the Pavillion, Durban. I have been a religious Perfect 10 customer in Jhb and appreciate there level of service and my expectations have always been met at the Morningside branch. Londy was my nail technician in Dbn and as i sat down i was rather disturbed that as my technician, she was about to attend to me with foils on her own nails. I politely asked that she remove it because i was extremely uncomfortable with this. She seemed to develop her bad attitude at this point. I was watching her do my nails and i had several questions around the service she was providing and to all of my questions, she did not bother responding. She continued to work on me with her rough unofiled nails that kept hurting me and even tho i pointed it out, she continued as if she didnt hear me. After she completed my finger nails, i pointed out that i was not happy and that it was extremely untidy and was not acceptable to me. I then also had my toe nails painted in gelish and the exact same experience went on with my toes. Untidy and unacceptable. She refused to fix anything and i have pics to prove this unacceptable work which i paid for.
