There was a delay on a christmas present purchased. Delivery could only happen on the 27th December. I contacted the support centre and ammended the delivery address, as I was not available on the original address. The item was delivered to the incorrect address. I contacted the support centre on the 27th and spoke to Shenise. I requested her to fetch the item and deliver it to the ammended address. I have not recieved the item until today, 2 January and neither has anyone contacted me from Kalahari regarding the undelivered item. I contacted the support centre today the 2Jan and they advised that my query will take 24 hours to be addressed.
I have been inconvienced due to the incompetent staff on the support centre. I also feel there is no proper communication between the courier company and Kalahari. When I requested to speak to management, my request was declined. I was told they will contact me, but I have not received any call from the support centre.
