Angry Due to Bad Service

I had lost my card, I have an account with Edcon, when I went to Legit to replace it it took me more dan 45 minutes going in and out of the store, they said they had blocked the old card and gave me a new card.
Here I am today trying to purchase something @Edgars, they tell me my account is blocked-I was so angry how is that possible because legit helped me to active the new card.
Edgars had to call the call centre and I had to wait again for another 20minutes or so, doing ups and downs.
I feel very disappointed, if I didn't have to buy the gifts I needed today, I would have closed down the account PERIOD..
What is worse, not even any of the assistance showed any emotion for apologizing for all of this.

The edcon group Edgars and Legit Mall@Reds are pathetic when coming to service, they act as if we need them and without them we are nothing..
