I BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY CURVE 9320 LAST YEAR JUNE MONTH AT THE ABOVE RETAIL STORE FROM DAY ONE THEN I GOT PROBLEMS WITH THE CELL PHONE.
I MENTION THEM EVERY TIME THAT I CANT CHARGED MY PHONE EVERY 6 HOURS OR EVERY NIGHT.
THEY TOOK THE PHONE TWICE IN STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT.
NOW ITS MORE PROBLEMS THEN EVER.
I SEND SO MANY EMAILS AFTER I RECEIVED THE CELLPHONE THE SECOND TIME.
THE PHONE STILL FREEZE NO NETWORK IT GET HOT WHEN I USED AND CHARGED THE PHONE.
THE BATTERIES IS NOW THE WORSE THEN EVER BECAUSE I SEND MY BATTERIES WITH.
WHEN I LEFT MY PHONE BATTERY IN THEN THE BATTERIES WENT DOWN WITHOUT ME USING IT.
SO I CANT TAKE A CHANGED TO LEAVE MY BATTERIES
ITS VERY FRUSTRATED I'M NOT STAYING ON MY OWN AND I CANT USED SO MUCH POWER.
I EVEN TOLD THEM FEW DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT THE PHONE.
I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE THE PHONE BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT CASH THEY REFUSED
