Exclusive Books Online no Delivery

I brought a book using Exclusive books online web site on the 27 of December 2013, paid for it and emailed proof of payment to exclusive books, I then received an email saying I will be contacted shortly, I'm still waitinfg for these guys to contact me, I then tried to contact them one lady told me everyone is on leave and will be back on the 02 of January 2014, I checked the order online and the status of my order is awaiting approval and has been like that since I placed the order, I'm wondering whether I will get the book I ordered or maybe I was corned by Exclusive books, I went to one of the stores at Hyde Park and the told me that the stores and the online exclusive books website are two different stores and they can not assist me, I'm wondering whether I will get my book or maybe should try cancel the order I don't know if I will get my money back from these guys cause no one answers their phone (011 798 0111) and no one responds to email.
