At the beginning of December 2013, while I was placing an order with SAB I was told that my license had expired so they were unable to process the order whilst my license was only expiring on the 31stnof December 2013, I was then blocked from ordering any stock.
Just before Christmas, I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of December, the order was not delivered. Upon querying this I was told that I was supposed to pay an amount of R5000 yet when I placed the order I was not told that I owed any money
After Christmas I payed R15 000 and placed an order, and I was advised that my order was going to be delivered on the 31st of December. That promise was not kept. I contacted one of the Representatives from SAB and he told me that there is no delivery scheduled for Matatiele for the day and he was unable to assist me. I then contacted the SAB contact centre and I was also advised that there was no delivery for Matatiele.
But to my surprise, the competitor next to me received a delivery from SAB on the 31st of December, whereas I was advised that there was no delivery at all for Matatiele.
I expect a proper investigation from SAB and a Resolution.
