So a few weeks ago i posted on Hallo Peter about Truworths exchange policy. I wanted to exchange something without having a gift receipt as the person who bought the gift for my kids has already gone overseas as she is not from here, anyway as i read the posts that some people post on Hallo Peter about Truworths exchange policy i see that the reply that Truworths has to say is ALL exactly the same all they do is go and address the comment to the person but everything else is exactly the same. There is no effort in attempting to help the person, and then Truworths goes further and says, that there was not much information supplied, i supplied ALL the information that i had and i still get the same reply that Truworths posts on every body's post of Exchange Policy. I don't think they even read the posts that is posted on Hallo Peter, they just see the heading Exchange Policy and they copy and paste the same old comment to everyone
