I received a letter saying I owed money - I just lost my husband in July and really thought I had finished paying them. I then received a letter in December saying I owe R128.00 rand and they will be giving me over. "Despite numerous advices" which I did not receive. Firstly I am still staying at the same address and my work place of 33 years I have had no one contact me or leave a message on my cell phone. I am sorry that I though I had paid my account but I do not need this type of letter sent to me. All my telephone numbers are available and if they were trying to get hold of me as they say they would have. Now I know I will cut up my card because if they had to go into my credit they would see that I am very good at paying but I feel they did not try and even phone me. I did go and pay but I really did not deserve the letter (strange this letter I received but no other).
