So I bought stuff from Mr Price on the 18th of December. Paid for it online & waited for my delivery. Order status didn't change so I enquired. I've sent emails to Mr Price plus called them twice already until their agent sent me an email to say cancel my order (ps: payment was already made because the bank sent me a confirmation payment made text) & pay with cash (E-Commerce). Then I called FNB, FNB agent said that payment has already been made so MRP needs to reimburse me my funds. I called MRP on Friday & the agent that took my call promised to get back to me today. It's almost 5pm & I haven't received no emails from them. Gosh the service at MRP is really bad.
PS: this is my second hello peter complaint. Just goes to show that customer care is below par zero with MR Price. Can somebody, anybody please tell me what else I need to do before taking legal action.
