I purchased Ayshire Milk from Woolworths at Grayston Shopping Centre on 22 December 2013 with an expiry date of 05 January 2014. I placed the milk in the fridge as soon as I got home (I live one road away from the shopping centre). Upon opening the milk on 25 December 2013, I discovered that the milk was actually spoilt. We pay a premium at Woolworths compared to other supermarkets so I expect premium products in return. Surely getting milk that is spoilt 2 weeks before the stipulated expiry date is not the kind of service that Woolworths should be delivering.
