On the 26/05/2013 I purchased a R1999.95 Guess watch for my boyfriend. When I purchased the watch the guarantee booklet was not filled in (It should of been filled in by the store but of course they did not) myself and my boyfriend have moved recently and in the move we have misplaced the proof of purchase. The watch has broken not just a strap the actual hands on the face have broken so much for a good quality watch!! When Tom took the watch back to Stern in Ilanga mall he was told that the guarantee booklet was not filled in and that they cannot help him. Since then NO ONE has called him, he has given my card number as it was paid with my debit card and was told someone will contact him that was at the end of November. I am beyond disgusted as I keep calling Sterns Ilanga mall and the phones literally NEVER get answered!! This was a very expensive watch and if it was something stupid like the strap breaking I would of been fine but this is serious and I feel I am getting no help!!! I am appalled by the service I am getting from Sterns!!
